The Festival of International Books and Arts 2010 (FESTIBA 2010) “Reading Revolution!” will take place the last week of March, 2010 at the University of Texas-Pan American. The mission of the festival is to inspire South Texas to promote interest and appreciation for reading and early literacy, celebrate and appreciate the arts and humanities, and broaden cultural awareness.
